Many corporate organizations use WhatsApp for internal communications because they like how comfortable and convenient it is. It has long been difficult to tell the difference between personal and work-related interactions.
Mark Zuckerberg just revealed a workable solution to this problem. He uploaded a Facebook post that included a screenshot of WhatsApp’s account switching capability and a description that hinted at the app’s upcoming support for managing several WhatsApp accounts simultaneously.
The post’s description reads, “Switch between two WhatsApp accounts. Within the app, two WhatsApp accounts will soon be supported on a single phone.
The tool is useful for switching between accounts, such as your personal and professional accounts, and you are no longer required to log out every time, carry two phones, or be concerned about sending messages from the wrong location, according to a Facebook blog post.
How to create a second WhatsApp account for either professional or private use:
You will want a second phone number, SIM card, or phone that supports multi-SIM or eSIM in order to open a second account.
Simply click “Add account” after clicking the arrow next to your name in the WhatsApp settings. You will be able to manage two different accounts within the app thanks to this.
Additionally, you will be able to individually adjust the privacy and notification settings for each of these accounts.
